Collection: Return & Exchange Policy

At Elizabeth Ross®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within the terms outlined below.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your item was received.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • All returns must originate from a verified purchase on ElizabethRossFlags.com.
  • Elizabeth Ross® reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization:
    Contact Us or email support@elizabethrossflags.com with your order number (found on your order receipt email) and the shipping address used for the order.

  2. Ship Your Return:
    Once authorized, package the item securely and ship it back via the carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  3. Inspection and Refund:
    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.


Additional Details

  • Shipping costs for both the initial order and the return are non-refundable.
  • If your returned item does not meet the criteria above, Elizabeth Ross® reserves the right to reject your return.
